Where to live in Mexico and learn Spanish?

I like to spend a quiet little village in Mexico for a few months and learn Spanish. I want a place where I can live very good price, near the ocean, near a fresh seafood market in the area, friendly people, and other things to do. Suggestions? How much think money will I need?

Hello! I'm Mexican and I live in Mexico City. Mexico City is the largest city in the world and all major cities have problems. I recommend "CancĂșn." Mexico is paradise and the culture, tropical jungles, pyramids and is very low. It has beautiful beaches, there is a lot of money, and there are schools that teach Spanish, are inexpensive luck!
