Speak French Accents

Is it possible for an American to speak French without an accent?
Because I’m taking french, and I am pretty good at pronouncing other languages, but I’ve never heard anyone speak accentless french if it wasn’t their first language.
Yes, it’s possible. It takes a long time to gain (or lose) an accent, and it’s not always something that happens naturally from learning a new language. You have to work at it, and you have to learn by imitating other speakers. I’ve known people who’ve moved to where I live from Italy 30 years ago, and their accent still hasn’t gone away. It’s because they either don’t care, or they don’t see it as a big issue. It’s up to you to gain your own French accent.
